Goodbye Spring, Hello Heat!

Since Lee missed the Easter bunny last year, we made sure he did meet him this year. We went to an Easter Brunch at Canyon Gate.
There Lee did his first Easter egg hunt which he was not really into due to the fact we were at a golf driving range. Lee kept trying to tee up a ball and wanting to hit it. During his hunt he picked up one egg and heading towards the end to tee it up.

Grandma and grandpa visited in early May. Lee got to show off his golf swing.

Lee got to do a lot of water activity at Town Square and at the Venetian pool.

Mommy and Lee went on an impromptu trip to Hawaii because we found out that Nana (Lee's great grandma) has throat cancer and the doctors were saying maybe days or weeks so they went to see her while she is still animated. Shockingly enough she was still talking, walking and interacting with Lee. We visited her everyday and we also met Lee's new cousin, Nancy.

FOUR GENERATIONS!

We did go to the beach a few times where Lee was initially disgusted with sand between his toes but got used to it, shoveled sand in his pail and rode a skateboard. He even got to ride on a tricycle even though he couldn't quite push the pedals.

For Mother's day, we spent dinner with the whole family at my uncle's house where Nana is now being cared for instead of the hospital. We had 20 some people celebrating what could be Nana's last mother's day. Lee did some arts & craft things to make Nana a card.
