Happy Holidays Everyone!

Our holiday started with Lee telling Santa Claus what he wanted for Christmas.
We also got to be famous when we got our pictures in the "Port Washington News."
Then Grandma took Lee and I to a holiday party at the Yacht Club where he met new friends, played with a bunch of musical instruments, got animal balloons and saw Santa Claus again.

On Christmas morning, we had lox and bagel and we opened gifts. Of course, Lee hit the jackpot with the most Christmas presents! I believe the big hit gift was from his dad, a mickey mouse plane that he pushes around, pushes loads of buttons and rides on. We also got to celebrate Christmas with Aunt Karen and Uncle Brian after the New Year.

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas Holiday!

My 1st Birthday Celebration

My first birthday celebration started with a little party at home with family and friends a week before my real birthday.

I got many cool toys, music CDs from one of my favorite shows, "Imagination Movers" and outfits.

I even got one huge cake that could feed 50 people.

Just me taking a bow.

Two days later, we went to Atlantic City and got to shop and see Mr. Peanut.

A day after that, we went to Philly where I got to see a lot of historical sites.

On my birthday, I got more presents and ice cream cake. Yummy!

Thanksgiving Day

My celebration started with watching the Macy's parade on television with my mom. Then, later that afternoon, we went to the Bianculli's for a huge feast. My friend, Charlie, and his parents joined me with this being their first Thanksgiving celebration.

My Whole Fall Experience

It's my first Fall season. Everyone tells me it the most beautiful time to be in New York because the leaves are changing colors. To me, it's not as exciting as.....

When I got to walk with grandma on the in the "Pride in Port" parade and wave my flag that they gave me.
OR....My mommy taking me to the pumpkin patch with my friends, Charlie & Arman. We got to play with little pumpkins and feed some sheeps, goats & a little piggy.

OR.... Attending the doggie parade with Dusty and Flansburg.

OR.... Going trick-or-treating and showing off my pumpkin-ness.

OR.... Seeing the Status of Liberty, Ellis Island, Museum of Natural History while my uncle Rex, aunty Katlin and MacMa was visiting.

Mark this date.... I took my first couple steps all by myself on November 10th. This was also a special day for my Great Aunt Nancy. Happy Birthday!!!

Lastly... Going to my first NHL games. GO Islanders!

Amazing Journey

Lee and his buddy Charlie filmed two videos last night. While near identical, there are slight differences. See if you can spot them.

9 month status and living in Port

Yes, we know Lee's is 10 months tomorrow but we needed to let you all know that Lee got his 9 month doctor's check up less than two weeks ago. The doctor says he's doing good. He's 18 lbs 7 oz. and is 28" long. Lee may be light but he eats a lot of different foods. He eats anything and everything you give him. Of course, he is not consuming milk, peanuts and honey.

We are settled in Port Washington very well. Above is a picture of the family at Mike & Colleen's wedding which Lee danced and partied the night away. He has a regular play mate named Charlie who is a month younger. They moved from Britain and is fairly new to the area too. They seems to socialize very well together.

Things Lee is doing now is climbing up and down stairs, beds, couches. He can stand approximately 45 seconds without support. Did I tell you he loves to dance?! Lee's new thing is to give you a kiss when asked. Careful..... it could be a wet one. I'm trying to teach him to give flying kisses but the the kiss will do just fine now.

The West Coast Finale

For my 8 month old celebration, I went to my Mommy and Daddy's favorite place .... DISNEYLAND! My Mommy, Daddy, Uncle Rex and Aunt Kaitlin all came with me!

I had the best time! I rode Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion and a bunch of others.

I even got to meet MICKEY MOUSE!

Then I got to look like him.
It was a pretty hot day so I played in the grass by the railroad for a while.
I went to the forest and got to see all these pots of honey. I wonder who they belong to?
We went to the Enchanted Tiki Room. That whole room came alive! Even the walls talked to me!
After all that, I was pretty tired so I took a quick half hour nap while waiting in line for Finding Nemo.

But then I found out there was dirt in the line so I played with that instead.
At the front of the line I met a really nice cast member who asked me if it was my first time at Disneyland. When she found out it was she got me a cool "1st visit button" to wear the rest of the day!
Here I am showing it off!
And yes, it's delicious as well.
We ended the day by watching fireworks. Aunt Kaitlin took this picture of me watching the fireworks.
Anyways, that was the end of our day. Mommy says I did great even though I only took two half hour naps. She was amazed at how I just wanted to stay up all night and watch everything around me. Daddy told me there's one of these on the east coast too. I CAN'T WAIT!
