That Ain't Right.

We took Lee to another child's first birthday party. There were about 8 kids ranging in age from 7 1/2 months (Lee) to 2 years. It was a pool party. So in we went.

Out of the 7 kids there, Lee loved the water the most. Some kids seemed to like the water briefly but quickly cried or got out. Lee was in the water for over an hour and loved every minute of it.

Not only did he love swimming with Daddy, but there was an inflatable tube that he was able to hold onto and float....BY HIMSELF.

This child has no fear. No one was holding him. He was just floating around the pool, happy as could be. Yes, Daddy was right there just in case.

Lastly, we wanted to really test him. How bout some UNDERWATER STUNTS!

He's quite the little swimmer. Even spat out water when it got in his mouth. Loved it and kept asking for more. We probably did 10 underwater "stunts" because he kept wanting to do them. 7 month old babies do not usually enjoy this kind of thing. Jen and I are in big trouble.

Hi Lee I'm in Whistler and I watch the children swimming and playing in the Community Pool every day - no one is advanced as YOU! You are TOO MUCH - and your Mom and Dad are fearless in letting you learn so very much. You are very lucky to have them! My Love to you and to your Mom and Dad.

Mr. Lee Cutie,

You are sooo brave...cousin Hailee thinks she can swim too. Pretty soon your parents are gonna have to swim laps along their little fish.

Love,
